Throughout the wedding planning services, you’ll have unlimited phone and email access to our team, 24/7 access to a streamlined online planning platform that outlines every last detail, and as much—or as little—involvement in planning as you’d like. We’ll use our perfected three-phase wedding-planning process to ensure you’re in the loop but never overwhelmed—and will manage both the brilliant big picture (think: creating a floorplan that maximizes available space and allows for easy event flow) and the minutiae you’d rather not deal with (think: scheduling shuttles and negotiating with wedding vendors on your behalf).
When the day-of arrives, it’s all hands on deck to ensure everything from lighting and signage to ceremony setup and tablescapes are styled to pure perfection. We’ll wrangle wedding party members for photos, direct guests, address any last-minute surprises without you even realizing they’ve arisen, and act as the (ever so quiet) engine that keeps your event running smoothly. All in all, your only job will be to remain present (and dance the night away)—we’ll take care of the rest.Investments vary, depending on many factors, such the type of venue, logistics of the day, your design and your budget.

WeddingDesign & Wedding DayEvent Management
Our wedding design planning services and wedding day event management offering is designed to provide additional support and expertise as you plan and design the wedding of your dreams. We’ll answer those pesky etiquette questions, create a comprehensive minute-by-minute timeline, attend up to five meetings with your vendor team, and be present from setup to teardown on the day-of to ensure a flawless event.
Wedding Day Event Management
We’ll start with a one-hour consultation at the very beginning of your planning journey to give you the foundation you need to plan with purpose. When the month-of arrives, we’ll jump right back in to walk through the venue, clarify details, and create a comprehensive timeline. On your wedding day, we’ll be on site for up to 10 hours to ensure your celebration is stunning and streamlined.

We supplied a bride and groom who love each other very much and two very dedicated mothers who were excited to plan and share a beautiful celebration with friends and family. Our fabulous wedding planner Nicola Wilson was there to dot the i’s and cross the t’s, Nicola is calm, organized, knowledgeable and creative. She helped keep us on track and had a great working relationship with all of the vendors we worked with. Her suggestions and ideas were top tier. She was flexible and very easy and fun to work with.
