Julie had contacted Simply Brilliant Events to plan her imitate destination wedding for 8 guests in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Julie and Ben were both living in San Francisco but had ties to Ann Arbor, Michigan. They wanted the perfect intimate destination wedding for their eight guests. One of the venues that we thought that would be perfect, Zingerman Cornman Farms in Dexter, Michigan.
The June day was perfect for a small outdoor wedding. Julie arrived early afternoon for the final touches of getting ready in the beautiful dressing area in the main house. She had already been to Imagine Three Beauty Studio for her hair and make-up.
The guests gathered at the front of the house. Ben and the lovely Nichole from A Simple I Do, walked down the aisle, and were ready for Julie. Julie and Ben had not seen each other before the ceremony. He was beaming.
With the ceremony over and the weather behaving itself, cocktails were served with tasty appetizers in the cozy sitting area with dinner served in the dining room.
Gnome Grown Flowers created lovely tablescapes and details for the day.
Julie and Ben toured the grounds for their photos. They chose Amanda Dumouchelle to capture their small destination wedding.
Later in the evening everyone returned to Graduate Hotel in Ann Arbor.
It was such a joy to get to know Julie and Ben and to be part of their very intimate wedding day.
